Our suppliers have advised Zone Broadband of ongoing nightly maintenance works on the UK Broadband Network between the hours of 10PM (22:00) & 6AM (06:00) Monday to Friday. Customers connections may be intermittent during this time. Customers may also observe a full outage of their Broadband service between the above maintenance windows.
Why is this happening?:- To add capacity to the UK Broadband Network & to upgrade software on the UK Broadband Network Equipment.
The following connection types are affected by this on-going Daily Maintenance:-
* Home & Business Unlimited Broadband
* Home & Business Unlimited Fibre/Fibre+ Broadband
* Home & Business SuperFast/SuperFast+ Broadband
* Home & Business Pure Fibre Broadband
* Wholesale Broadband Products
* Block Management (Tenant Broadband Connections)
Customers are advised, DO NOT Factory Reset or disconnect their router at ANYTIME.
Should your connection still be Offline/Unavailable outside the above times, please power down your router keeping it switch off for 15-20 minutes and power back on the router after this period of time. Should your service not be restored, please call us on 0330 135 9663 between the hours of 8.30AM-5.30PM Monday-Friday. Alternatively please email us at [email protected] outside these times.
